¿Hay una manera de decir algo como "Isn't it" o "Don't you..." en español?

I agree with the corrections the other users made on the rest of the sentences but in response to your question, yes we do say "¿no crees..." and "¿no?" just like how you used them in those sentences. Also you can say "¿No crees?" by itself at the end of the sentence or "¿No te parece?", like "don't you think so?"
