・「1.5万」正しいです。よく使います。
・「1万5000」→「1万5千」ふつうは「1万」と書いたら「千」も漢字で書くと思います。(私ならそうします。他の人は違うかも知れません。)
・「15000」これでもいいですが、半角コンマを付けて「15,000」と書くことも多いです。
